A group of Swiss private investors acquired Conforama Suisse, a furniture, electronics and home appliances retailer that operates 22 stores and employs more than 1,200 people across Switzerland.

Lenz & Staehelin acted as Swiss counsel to Conforama Holding, the French parent company of the Conforama Group in this transaction.
