In December 2020, felfel, an operator of high-tech vending fridges for the sale of fresh and healthy food at workplaces, concluded a financing round in which, among others, THF, an affiliate of Toni Hilti Familien-Treuhänderschaft in Schaan, Principality of Liechtenstein acquired a substantial participation in the company. The acquisition was effected through the acquisition of newly issued shares in the financing round as well as the purchase of secondary shares from existing shareholders.
