NKF appoints Adrian Koller as new partner and promotes five senior associates
Niederer Kraft Frey announced the appointment of Adrian Koller (pictured) as partner as of 1 January 2021. At the same time the firm promotes five new senior associates: Morgan Boëffard, Sven Kälin, Livia Keller, Elena Rodriguez and Oliver Zbinden.
Adrian Koller’s practice focuses on Swiss and international financing and M&A transactions. Adrian also advises clients on other corporate and commercial law matters. With the addition of Adrian Koller to the partnership, NKF underscores its commitment to the promotion of talent and recognition of personal achievements. Adrian Koller will in particular further strengthen NKF’s Financing and Corporate/M&A practice.
Morgan Boëffard specialises in domestic and international tax law for corporate and individual clients. He advises individuals and corporate organisations on all aspects of domestic and international taxation, including income and wealth taxes, profit and capital taxes, real estate taxes, inheritance and gift taxes, Swiss VAT and Swiss customs. He advises high net worth individuals on all tax aspects of their private and business activities.
Sven Kälin primarily advises private individuals and companies in various areas of national and international tax law. He also supports and represents his clients at all stages of tax litigation and criminal tax law.
Livia Keller represents clients in employment, in contractual as well as in commercial and corporate disputes before cantonal courts and the Federal Court. She also advises on various aspects of employment law and employment law issues in connection with domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and restructurings, including employment due diligence, transfer of employees and mass dismissals.
Elena Rodriguez works in Dispute Resolution team. Her practice focuses on cross-border litigation, investigations and arbitration in complex commercial and financial disputes as well as white-collar investigations and defense. She also advises clients in connection with commercial contracts, company, employment and commercial law.
Oliver Zbinden is part of the Real Estate team. He advises and represents domestic and international investors, financial institutions, companies and private clients on all aspects of real estate law, particularly real estate transactions, tenancy law, private construction law, public construction and zoning law, environmental law and Lex Koller issues.
