Lenz & Staehelin advised Sensient Technologies Corporation

Sensient Technologies Corporation, a global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and other specialty ingredients, entered into an agreement to sell its Swiss subsidiary, Sensient Imaging Technologies, a supplier of high quality digital inks, and certain other international assets related to the production of inks to Sun Chemical and its parent company, DIC Corporation.
