Helvetia Asset Management launched the real estate fund “Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund” on June 3, 2020. The fund acquired a property portfolio with 29 properties and a total value of around CHF 532 million from Helvetia Schweizerische Lebensversicherungsgesellschaft.
