Lenz & Staehelin dvises SoftwareONE in InterGrupo’s acquisition

SoftwareONE, a global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions announced that it has agreed to acquire the remaining 60% of InterGrupo following its initial investment in 2019. InterGrupo, headquartered in Medellin, Colombia, is specializing in application modernization and cloud technology solutions in Latin America. Completion of the transaction is expected at the beginning of 2021.

Lenz & Staehelin advises SoftwareONE in this transaction. The team included partner Matthias Wolf and senior associate Iliana Djagova of the firm’s M&A department. They had already advised on the acquisition of the initial 40% stake in 2019.
