Trinseo acquires participations in Tyre Recycling Solutions: the advisor
Tyre Recycling Solutions (TRS), global solutions provider for the collection, processing and recycling of scrap tires through the development and implementation of innovative technologies and business processes, has reached definitive agreements with Trinseo on a collaboration and an equity investment by Trinseo in TRS. This collaboration will allow the two companies to research and develop new value-creating systems for the manufacture of tires that reduce environmental footprint and create a sustainable outlet for end of life tires.
