Lenz & Staehelin: Fahrzeug-Werke LUEG acquires Elite Autocenter
Fahrzeug-Werke LUEG, one of the largest mobility providers in Germany and a renowned sales and service partner of the Daimler group, has acquired the Mercedes-Benz dealership Elite Autocenter in Wilderswil near Interlaken, in the canton of Bern. With this acquisition, Fahrzeug-Werke LUEG ((Mercedes-Benz and Smart, among others) is expanding its business in Switzerland.expands its market territory in Switzerland.
