Lenz & Staehelin and Bär & Karrer advise Gyrus Capital and Consulcesi

The Swiss private equity operator Gyrus Capital has acquired the 40% of the Italian group Consulcesi, a renowned company focus in digital services dedicated to healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical companies. Gyrus Capital is a European investment company dedicated to digital transformation investments in the healthcare and sustainability sectors.

Due to the expansion and strengthening of its corporate structure, Consulcesi aims to create toghether with Gyrus the first international platform in the healthcare sector. The purpose of this acquisition will be to support the Group’s growth in order to double its turnover by 2025 to over EUR 120 million, while maintaining its historical profitability of over 30 per cent.

Lenz & Staehelin has advised Gyrus Capital on all Swiss law aspects. The multidisciplinary team has been led by Andreas Rotheli (partner, pictured left) and composed by associates Ela Ipek Yuce and Federico Trabaldo Togna.
