Leoni sells Leoni Schweiz to consortium of buyers led by Bruno Fankhauser and Helvetica Capital
Niederer Kraft Frey advised former Leoni AG board member and LEONI Studer AG CEO Bruno Fankhauser regarding the acquisition of Leoni Schweiz AG from Leoni AG by a consortium of buyers led by Bruno Fankhauser and Helvetica Capital AG. The sale of Leoni Schweiz AG forms part of Leoni AG’s wider effort to divest parts of its Wire & Cable Solutions (WCS) division in order to focus on the wiring systems business. A share purchase agreement has been signed and the transaction is expected to be completed before the end of March 2021.
