VISCHER advises the sellers of Capricorn Holding
Capricorn Holding is one of the main independent agricultural service providers in Switzerland. As part of the succession plan, the previous owners sold their shares to Forster Frucht & Gemüse AG, which is successfully established in the fruit and vegetable trade, and to the Migros Aare cooperative, which is a minority shareholder. This takeover continues the company’s 132-year history and offers around 170 employees the basis for a successful future.
