Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler promotes Jesko Langer and Khachvani to counsel

Geneva boutique Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler has promoted Magnus Jesko Langer and David Khachvani to counsel. The Geneva-based law firm is specializing in international arbitration.

Magnus Jesko Langer (pictured right) specializes in international investment and commercial arbitration, as well as in public international law, with a particular focus on international environmental law. He has acted as secretary and assistant of the arbitral tribunal in several international arbitration proceedings under various rules. Prior to joining Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler, Magnus Jesko acted as legal adviser in several inter-State disputes. Notably, he was part of the team that represented Argentina before the ICJ in the Case Concerning Pulp Mills on the River Uruguay.

David Khachvani (pictured left) specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration. Over the past ten years, he has worked in over 30 arbitrations related to a variety of sectors, including construction, mining, energy, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, tourism, and telecommunications.
