Wartmann Merker appoints Anne-Catherine Hahn as new partner

Anne-Catherine Hahn has joined the Wartmann Merker team as a new partner as of 1 September 2022. Anne-Catherine Hahn is a proven expert in litigating commercial disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals. She regularly acts as an arbitrator, assists parties in avoiding and resolving disputes, and provides clients with legal and strategic advice on important business decisions. 

Hahn has published a number of articles in peer-reviewed publications and regularly acts as speaker at conferences within the legal community. Prior to this new position, she was a partner at a boutique law firm in Zurich named IPrime Legal. Before this, she was a partner with Baker McKenzie for many years. Her practice focuses on cross-border commercial disputes, compliance, and issues at the intersection of law, regulation, and technology. She routinely represents parties in litigation and arbitration proceedings and acts as an arbitrator.
