Lorenza Ferrari Hofer joins Schellenberg Wittmer as new partner

Lorenza Ferrari Hofer joins Schellenberg Wittmer as new partner in its Intellectual Property and Life Sciences practices. In her new role, Lorenza will continue to strengthen those practices and team together with practice head Philipp Groz and key team members. Lorenza will also collaborate with Schellenberg Wittmer’s Corporate/M&A Group on transactions across her fields of expertise.

Prior to joining Schellenberg Wittmer, Lorenza was partner at Pestalozzi, where she was head of its IP & TMT group and co-head of its Life Sciences Group. She practices in German, Italian, English and French. Furthermore, Lorenza specializes in intellectual property, data and data protection law, unfair competition and contract law, and has a profound knowledge in complex, cross-border matters relating to product development, licensing, trade and distribution of technology, therapeutic, health and food products, and product liability.
