Luca Bianchi leaves NKF becoming partner at Kellerhals Carrard

Luca Bianchi has moved from Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) to Kellerhals Carrad becoming partner as of January 2021. He will streghten the practice areas of capital markets, banking and finance. Till December 2020 he has been senior associate at NKF, the law firm he joined over 11 years ago.

At Kellerhals Carrad, he advises clients in the areas of Capital Markets, Banking, Finance & Fintech, Regulatory and Corporate / M&A. His practice focuses on capital market transactions and the regulation of financial services, financial institutions and financial market infrastructure. He specializes in complex debt capital issues as well as financial products and collective investment schemes.
