NKF advised SERgroup on the acquisition of Interact Digital 

SERgroup Holding International has acquired Interact Digital, a Swiss input and content management provider. To ensure continuity, CEO Dr. Richard Cop will remain in the management team. Along with Jair Godschalk, Vice President of Sales for SER Group DACH, they will lead the firm as Co-CEOs. Reinhard Ammann likewise retains his positions as CFO and member of the Board of Directors of Interact. Together with new Board member Stefan Zeitzen, CSO of the SER Group, the two will be steering strategic decisions together. The transaction has been completed. Further details were not provided. Headquartered in Bonn, Germany, SER Group is an international software vendor in the enterprise content management (ECM) and content services market. With 35 years of experience, SER Group has 550 employees across 22 locations around the globe.
