Manuel Moor joins Altenburger as new Partner

Manuel Moor has joined Altenburger as partner as of November 1, 2022. Moore, who is based at Geneva’s office, has an extensive experience in corporate/m&a. He advises and assists his clients in corporate law, m&a transactions, and restructurings of companies, in a domestic and international context. He also regularly advises and assists clients in drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts.

After his experiences at Ernst & Young and Lenz & Staehelin at Geneva, he was senior associate at Python Avocats since 2018.
