Pestalozzi advises Swiss Post on the acquisition of T2i Group

Swiss Post has acquired a majority stake in T2i, a Swiss ITC group providing software solutions and digital services for authorities and enterprises. The acquisition will enable Swiss Post to strengthen its existing offering in the field of e-government and digitalization of document and HR management processes.

Swiss Post has been offering digital solutions for years – be it for healthcare, public administration or companies. By acquiring a majority stake in T2i, a software and services provider in French-speaking Switzerland, Swiss Post is investing in a company that is active in various areas of digitalisation for public administration and companies in French-speaking Switzerland.

Pestalozzi advised Swiss Post on all legal aspects of the transaction.
