Walder Wyss advises Medbase in its majority stake acquisition in zahnarztzentrum.ch

Medbase, part of the group of Migros, and the owners of zahnarztzenturm.ch signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the shares. As a consequence of this transaction, Medase extends its portfolio of basic healthcare to dental healthcare. The transaction is currently analyzed by the Swiss Competition Commission.
