Michael Schifferli: Wenger Plattner new partner
Michael A. Schifferli (pictured) was appointed as partner at Wenger Plattner on 1 July 2024.
He is a partner in the litigation & arbitration and private clients practice groups. As an experienced litigator, he represents private clients and companies before state courts and international arbitral tribunals in Switzerland and abroad. He also acts as arbitrator.
Schifferli’s expertise
His expertise includes contractual, commercial and agency disputes under Swiss law and UN sales law, corporate disputes, post-M&A disputes and disputes with banks. He represents private clients in particular in matters of succession planning and inheritance disputes. In his work, Schifferli relies on his international network which enables him to consider all aspects of cross-border case handling. He also has expertise in Swiss association and foundation law. He advises in Bern and Zurich.
