Sequotech’s partnership with EVOK: the advisors

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to Sequotech on its partnership with EVOK, an IT ser­vices pro­vider based in Fri­bourg. Nexus Attorneys advised the shareholders of ALTERN8 – EVOK on the transaction.

The integ­ra­tion of EVOK into the Swiss IT ser­vices group aligns with Sequotech’s ambi­tion to con­sol­id­ate its pos­i­tion in West­ern Switzer­land and enhances its portfolio with cloud and managed services expertise and specialist services. Sequotech thus con­tin­ues its growth strategy, which began in November 2020 with the invest­ment of Veri­um, a multi-fam­ily office based in Zurich.
