MLL Legal advised Crest Rock Partners in its growth investment in Pitcher 

MLL acted as lead counsel to Crest Rock Partners, a Denver-based private equity fund, on a transaction that led to a strategic growth investment in Pitcher. The Zurich based company is a provider of sales enablement solutions for enterprise companies.

Crest Rock Partners’ investment will allow Pitcher to accelerate product innovation and extend its lead on the competition as a differentiated provider of sales and revenue enablement solutions globally.

MLL Legal advised Crest Rock Partners.
