MLL Legal advises Dufour Aerospace on its Series B financing round

Dufour Aerospace has announced that it successfully completed a Series B investment from Vista Global Holding, the world’s leading global private aviation group, further supporting the continued development of sustainable aviation technologies.

In addition to Vista, the existing investors and two new investors participated in the funding round. Vista’s investment and deep industry experience provides valuable support in expanding the considerable potential of Dufour’s innovative tilt-wing technologies and aerospace products. Besides providing funding for the further development of Dufour’s technology and aerospace products, the investment is a milestone towards sustainable and environmental air mobility solutions.

Dufour Aerospace develops sustainable and efficient tilt-wing aircraft that take-off and land vertically like a helicopter but fly with the speed of an airplane. The aircraft will be used mainly for the transport of patients and passengers, logistics and public safety.

MLL Legal advised Dufour Aerospace on all legal aspects of the Series B financing round, including the preparation and execution of the capital increase, the structuring of the investment and the drafting and negotiation of the entire contractual documentation.
