Walder Wyss advises Properti with its Pre-Series A round
Swiss proptech Properti has successfully completed its Pre-Series A financing round. The startup received a total of CHF three million. This brings the company’s total capital raised in the past 12 months to over CHF 10 million.
Postfinance Ventures leads the round as a new investor, and existing investors Migros and Serpentine Ventures participate again.
Properti represents a paradigm shift in the realm of real estate transactions by seamlessly integrating the expertise of seasoned professionals with advanced technology on a proprietary platform. Founded in 2019, the start up wants to use the money to expand its platform. Currently it employs 140 people across 12 locations in Switzerland.
Walder Wyss has advised Properti on this transaction. The team was led by partner Alex Nikitine (corporate/m&a, pictured) and further included Dominik Aerni (counsel, corporate/m&a), Jean-Nicolas Ettlin and Milos Karic (both trainee, corporate/m&a).
