MLL Legal on the sale of Inexto shares to Impala Technologies 

MLL Legal acted as legal counsel to the Founder of Inexto in the sale of his shares in Inexto to its majority shareholder, the investment company Impala Technologies. 

Inexto is a prominent provider of software and services for traceability, authentication, secure serialization, and is a market leader in the Spare Parts, Beverage, Tobacco and Watch industries,  

The MLL Legal team was led by Mona Stephenson (partner; corporate and m&a, pictured) and included Arnaud Martin (partner; tax), Hannah Cipriano-Favre (senior associate) and Séverine Micheloud (associate).
