MLL promoted three of its lawyers to senior associate

MLL has promoted three of its lawyers.Thomas Nietlispach, Grégoire Schafroth and Maeve Romano have been promoted to senior associates.

Thomas Nietlispach (pictured right) is a member of the Zurich corporate & M&A team. His main areas of practice focus on capital markets, M&A and general corporate matters. He has broad experience advising private and public companies in all types of transactions and on corporate, regulatory and commercial law aspects.

Grégoire Schafroth (pictured left) is a member of the firm’s banking & finance and corporate & M&A teams in Geneva. He advises clients on regulatory and transactional matters and assists them in the framework of banking and commercial litigation as well as white collar crime investigations.

Maeve Romano (pictured centre) is a member of the dispute resolution team and is based in the Zurich office. She is fluent in six languages and advises and represents clients in national and international litigation cases before all Swiss authorities and courts, as well as in criminal matters. Her specialty is in commercial litigation and white-collar crime cases.
