MLL, Stefan Schröter and Reto Luthiger become Counsel of the firm

Senior associates Stefan Schröter (pictured right)and Reto Luthiger (pictured left) have been appointed as Counsel of MLL.

Stefan Schröter’s practice focuses on the protection of trademarks and product designs. He also has a wide-ranging experience in unfair competition cases and the enforcement of IP rights on an international level. In this respect he is handling several anti-counterfeit and e-commerce matters involving international internet sales platforms, especially for the sectors of retail, fashion, electronics, healthcare, art work and furniture.

Reto Luthiger‘s practice focuses on financial market regulations as well as corporate and commercial law. He has particular expertise in banking, securities, anti-money laundering, financial services, financial institutions and financial market infrastructures. He also focuses on FinTech and has set up and co-heads MLL’s industry group DLT | Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies.
