MLLStart! advises Yoordi in its seed financing round

The Start-up desk MLLStart! has advised Yoordi on all aspects of its seed financing round. Yoordi is a Swiss startup specialising in digitalisation within the catering and hospitality industry. As of 2019 It has been setting the standard for the industry and is already in use in six countries.

With the flexible ordering and payment solution Yoordi, the guests are able to order and pay independently via QR code when visiting a restaurant. Operators are able to increase their efficiency and optimise staff deployment. In addition, an increase in turnover of up to 30% is attainable as well as higher gratuity for the staff.

The MLL legal team to support Yoordi and its founders Elisa Chiarelli and Jörg Wasmeier with its seed financing round was led by partner Karin Oberlin (transactions/MLLStart!; pictured) and included Melanie Müller (senior associate, transaction/MLLStart!) and Thomas Nabholz (partner, tax).
