TIC Holding Schweiz acquires Vibro-Consult: the advisors
Buy, build, and technology platform TIC Holding Schweiz completed its acquisition of Vibro-Consult, a Swiss specialist in vibration and machine diagnostics. In connection with the operation, MME advised the buyer, while Niederer Kraft Frey represented the selling part.
