Natalia Roos and Roger Bächinger have joined Altenburger

Altenburger announced two new entries in its team: Natalia Roos (pictured left) as senior associate and Roger Bächinger (pictured right) as associate.

Natalia Roos specializes in the area of domestic and international tax law. She advises individuals, national and international companies. Her consulting activities cover all areas of national and international tax law, including tax planning, relocations and restructuring, profit and capital taxation, income and wealth taxation, real estate profit taxes, as well as inheritance and gift taxes.

Roger Bächinger‘s practice focuses on corporate and M&A, as well as general commercial and contract matters. Furthermore he is member of the Business Italy-Switzerland Team and provides advice to a wide range of clients amongst which SMEs and financial institutions for any issues related to the investments and business activities between Italy and Switzerland.
