Nestlé offloads Nestlé Vera water brand to Sicon: the advisors

S.I.Con, controlled by Quagliuolo family, has acquired Nestle Vera (Acqua Vera), an Italy-based water company, from Nestle SA (San Pellegrino). The sale enables Nestle to focus on the development of premium brands at Italian and international level. Nestle initiated the divestment of Acqua Vera earlier in October 2019.
