Nicole Appert new Alpiq’s Group General Counsel

Nicole Appert has joined Alpiq as the Group’s new General Counsel according her Linkedin profile. After her experience at Puma Energy as General Counsel she is back to the power world. She has an extensive experience in the sector and has worked in a variety of companies, such as filling roles of legal director and general counsel. Alpiq is a Swiss energy services provider and electricity producer in Europe.

Nicole Appert started her career at Tavernier Tschanz and then she jumped into Alstom Power where she served as legal director m&a and investment projects on thermal and renewable power. After that she moved to London as general counsel of Captured Power, an Alstom and GE joint venture. After a while she joined GE Power. There she covered different roles as managing counsel, general counsel Central & Eastern Europe and at least, she became general counsel Europe, GE Gas Power.

“I look forward to working closely with the Apiq leadership, my new team and the rest of the Alpiq teams to lead Alpiq’s operations across Europe through challenging and changing times” she said.
