Niederer Kraft Frey with Buyers Edge Platform in MMC acquisition

Buyers Edge Platform appointed Niederer Kraft Frey as a legal advisor on the acquisition of Majestic Management & Consulting (MMC).

The parties

MMC is a hospitality procurement company, offering tailor made support across a wide array of exigencies, from day-to-day supplies to strategic investments, including OSE equipment.

Buyers Edge Platform is a software and analytics company providing data-driven insights and tech solutions to the foodservice industry. Their in-house data and software tools are conceived to deliver actionable insights and create automating opportunities all across the supply chain, from manufacturers to operators, and final distributors as well.
