NKF advises Balgrist on Minerva Pharmacy acquisition
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Balgrist Apotheke, a subsidiary of Balgrist University Hospital, on the acquisition of the Minerva Pharmacy in Zurich, Switzerland, from Schaller Apotheken.
The transaction expands Balgrist Apotheke’s existing network of pharmacies in Zurich.
