NKF advises Oliver Healthcare Packaging on the acquisition of EK-Pack
Niederer Kraft Frey advised Oliver Healthcare Packaging, a renowned supplier of sterile barrier flexible packaging solutions for the global healthcare market, as Swiss local counsel on the successful acquisition of EK-Pack Folien and its Swiss subsidiary Vacopack H. Buchegger, a fully owned subsidiary of EK-Pack Folien, located in northeastern Switzerland.
EK-Pack Folien is a manufacturer of high-quality film and foil technology headquartered in Ermengerst-Wiggensbach, Bavaria, Germany.
