NKF: Fabiano Menghini joins as partner
Fabiano Menghini (pictured) joins Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) Real Estate practice in Zurich as a new partner, effective May 1, 2024.
Menghini’s arrival brings the practice’s membership to ten, including three partners.
The profile
With 12 years’ experience as a lawyer and as a certified SBA specialist in construction and real estate law, his professional training ranges from real estate transactions to other real estate-specific legal matters. He joins the law firm from Lenz & Staehelin, where he was a partner since 2022. Previously he worked in Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
A “strategic addition”
According to Andreas F. Vögeli (head of NKF’s real estate team), Menghini’s addition to the team “further strengthens the Real Estate transaction practice and cements our commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in the Real Estate sector”.
