NKF with Martin Mucha on Auto-Kabel Group restructuring
Niederer Kraft Frey (NFK) advised Martin Mucha as insolvency administrator of Auto-Kabel Group on the Swiss law aspects throughout the restructuring process, as well as on the sale to Voltaira Group, a subsidiary of FIT-Foxconn Interconnect Technology.
Voltaira, a provider of sensor, connectivity, and electrification solutions specialised in wire harness technologies, will take over the entire the family-run producer of electrical components for automotive systems operating in 11 countries Auto-Kabel.
