Nordic Infrastructure acquires another stake in the Solör Bioenergy Group: the advisor

Polhem Infra, an investment of the Swedish State Funds AP1, AP3 and AP4, and Nordic Infrastructure AG have acquired all of the shares in the Swedish Solör Bioenergy Group held by YRC Worldwide Inc. from the minority shareholder YRC Worldwide Inc. 90% of these shares were acquired by Polhem Infra and 10% of these shares were acquired by Nordic Infrastructure AG. Solör Bioenergy Group is an energy company in the field of wood-fired district heating systems.

The team 

Walder Wyss advised Nordic Infrastrucure as lead and Swiss counsel. The team was led by Urs P.
