Advestra advised One Equity Partners on acquisition in Cicor Technologies
Advestra acted as legal counsel to One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, in completing the acquisition of a 29 percent stake in Cicor Technologies (SIX Swiss Exchange: CICN), a Swiss provider of electronic manufacturing services, thus becoming Cicor’s largest shareholder.
Advestra acted as Swiss counsel to One Equity Partners with a team including Thomas Reutter (pictured), Daniel Raun, Annina Hammer and Anna Capaul (all corporate, m/a) and Markus Muehlemann (tax).
As part of the transaction, One Equity Partners senior managing director Norma Corio and managing director Konstantin Ryzhkov have joined the Board of Directors of Cicor Technologies.
