Givaudan acquires 25% stake in B. Kolormakeup & Skincare company

Givaudan, a Swiss manufacturer of flavours, fragrances and active cosmetic ingredients, has acquired a 25% stake in B. Kolormakeup & Skincare, an Italy-based company specialized in developing and producing end to end products in make-up and skin care products, for an undisclosed consideration.

Givaudan funded the transaction from existing resources. Under the terms of the agreement, Givaudan has the option but not the obligation to acquire a controlling stake in b.kolor after a period of three years.

Legance Avvocati Associati, Milan, acted as legal counsel to Givaudan on this transaction. While BNP Paribas acted as financial advisors.

Founded in 2000, B. Kolormakeup is headquartered close to Milan, Italy and employs around 250 employees.
