Osterwalder sells mineral oil business: the advisor

Arnold Osterwalder Group has sold Osterwalder Zürich and AVITRANS, and with them its mineral oil business, to a Lang company in Kreuzlingen. With the acquisition of Osterwalder Zürich AG, the Lang companies now have a second member in the AVIA association. The member companies of AVIA maintain the largest petrol station network in Switzerland under their common brand name, with around 600 petrol stations and over 100 shops. In addition to the petrol station business, the AVIA partner companies are also important heating oil suppliers.
