VISCHER advised Snyk on the Swiss legal aspects of DeepCode’s acquisition

Snyk, the provider of Developer-First Cloud Native Application Security, has taken over DeepCode, a spin-off from ETH Zurich that offers semantic code analysis in real time based on artificial intelligence. The transaction was completed on November 5, 2020.
