Partners Group acquires Parmaco: the advisor

Partners Group, the global private markets firm, has agreed to acquire Parmaco Oy, a provider of premium quality modular education buildings in the Nordics, on behalf of its clients, from a consortium led by European private equity firms Terra Firma and Metric Capital.

As reported by Mergermarket, for Partners Group general counsel Andreas Knecht (pictured) followed the transaction.

Weil Gotshal & Manges advised Terra Firma Capital Partners, whereas general counsel Nicole Vella assisted Metric Capital Partners.
