Pestalozzi advises Intrum with the acquisition of eCollect

Intrum, the market leader in credit management services, has acquired all shares in eCollect, a cutting-edge technology company and provider of comprehensive, fully digital invoicing and early collection services. The acquisition of eCollect, an important lever in broadening Intrum’s offering, will accelerate it’s transformation to a more tech-driven organisation.

Pestalozzi advised Intrum as lead counsel on all legal aspects of the transaction.
