Homburger advises UBS on its USD 3 bn benchmark bonds

UBS, acting through its London branch, successfully completed its issuance of (i) USD 1 bn aggregate principal amount of 5.800 per cent. Fixed Rate Senior Notes due 2025, (ii) USD 1.5 bn aggregate principal amount of 5.650 per cent. Fixed Rate Senior Notes due 2028 and (iii) USD 500 m aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2025. The notes were issued pursuant to UBS’s shelf registration statement on file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
