Pestalozzi advises Swiss Post on the acquisition of eoscop

Swiss Post has acquired 100% of the shares in eoscop, a Swiss IT company specializing in the development of integrated software systems used in the goods logistics area. The acquisition of the Balsthal-based logistics software company, will enable Swiss Post to standardize and develop its planning software for specific logistics processes.

The goods logistics market is growing and the post company handles the entire logistics process for many customers, which means it requires skilled workers. With this acquisition Swiss Post will achieve improvements in this area through the use of Eoscop’s specific digital applications.

Pestalozzi has advised Swiss Post on all legal aspects of the transaction.
