Pestalozzi advises Trident Trust on its FINMA authorization as trustee

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA approved the application of Trident Trust as trustee under the Financial Institutions Act (FINIA).

Trident Trust Group was founded in 1978 and is a leading independent provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services to the financial services sector worldwide, employing over 1,000 staff in more than 20 jurisdictions across a footprint that spans Africa, the Americas, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East.

Pestalozzi advised the company in all legal, contractual, tax and regulatory aspects regarding the trustee license and the subsequent incorporation of a branch.
