Pestalozzi advised SPIE group, a multi-technical services provider for buildings, facilities, and industrial infrastructure, on the acquisition of all shares in Nimeg, a specialised engineering services provider with headquarters in Baden-Dättwil, Switzerland, and focused on engineering, planning and project management services for EPCMV projects in regulated GMP environments.
