Valfor appoints Stipe Jozic to the partnership

Valfor officialised the appointment of Stipe Jozic (pictured) as a partner, effective as of 1 July 2026.
With the firm since 2024, Jozic advises on all aspects of commercial and corporate law as well as transactions and heads Valfor’s notarial office in Zug.

His practice focuses in particular on commercial law (including manufacturing, supply and project contracts), public procurement law, and financing matters. His experience spans structuring and implementing both national and international projects and transactions in these areas.
