Pestalozzi with the shareholders of Siglo Capital in the sale to Cambridge
The shareholders of Siglo Capital Advisors – a Swiss based alternative asset advisory specialist with an insurance-linked securities (ILS) practice – and Cambridge Associates – a global investment firm – have reached an agreement regarding the sale and purchase of all shares in Siglo Capital Advisors. Pestalozzi advised the sellers on all legal, regulatory and tax aspects of the transaction, subject to authorisation from FINMA and expected to close in autumn 2024.
